Home Staging and Interior Design

STAGING SERVICES

A dark, empty vacant property doesn't get the same attention as one filled with on-trend, engaging furnishings and accessories. Not only does a staged home instantly help buyers visualize their furniture in the space and how it will match their lifestyle, but it also creates a more spacious and inviting home.

For owner-occupied or furnished homes, working with existing furnishings, we identify and accentuate your home's best features, work on any potential problem areas, identify which items need to be added and/or removed, and look at ways of "de-personalizing" your home so that the buyer can visualize themselves in the home. 

In either case, we follow a simple process to get your home staged on market quickly:

1. We begin with a walk-through of your property and discuss general approach including design style, rooms to be staged, furnishings, color schemes, etc.
2. We follow up with a detailed quote with sample photos 
3. On staging day, we bring in all of our premium furnishings and stage your home
4. Once your home sells, we come pick it all up!
